The 2020 NFL Combine is in the books and the Chicago Bears met with several of the 337 players that were in Indianapolis. The Bears don’t have a first round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, but met with some first round prospects including K’Lavon Chaisson & Yetur Gross-Matos. Bears rumors have been circulating when it comes to the QB position. Everyone wants to know if Chicago will draft a QB in April. The Bears did meet with Georgia QB Jake Fromm at the combine and many believe he will be a Round 2 draft prospect. The Bears have two second round picks and could spend one on a QB like Fromm. The Bears met with two tight ends at the combine: Brycen Hopkins and Dalton Keene. Tight end is a major need for Chicago heading into 2020. The Bears also met with several offensive linemen including Matt Hennessy, Logan Sternberg, Charlie Heck and Ben Bartch.

The Bears’ defense is in good shape heading into the 2020 NFL Season, but there are areas of need. An edge rusher opposite of Khalil Mack is one of those and Chicago met with several of them at the NFL Scouting Combine including Bradlee Anae, Jonathan Greenard and Jabari Zuniga. Will the Bears use a premium draft pick on a pass rusher? Chicago also met with two safeties: Jeremy Chinn & Geno Stone. Chinn was one of the NFL Combine standouts.
