Pittsburgh vs. Miami: Pitt cut a 20 point Miami second-half lead down to four, but the Hurricanes were able to pull out the 66-58 win. Miami started the game on a 16-0 run, but Pitt tied the game at 18 and then again fought back hard and made things hard down the stretch for the Canes who were without Chris Lykes, who fouled out with 8 minutes left. Kameron McGusty led the Hurricanes with 19 points. Chris Lykes scored 12 points and Dejan Vasiljevic scored 13 for the Canes. For Pittsburgh, Trey McGowens scored 18 points to lead the Panthers, while Xavier Johnson sat out the final 14 minutes of the game.
